Welcome to QODRYX! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QODRYX platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by QODRYX ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using QODRYX, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

QODRYX is an AI DevOps Command Center that provides:

• Automated code review and analysis
• Security vulnerability scanning (SAST, secrets, dependencies)
• AI-powered test generation
• Multi-platform deployment automation
• Compliance and audit reporting
• Workflow automation and orchestration
• AI usage tracking and management

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use QODRYX. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use QODRYX for:

• Scanning and analyzing code you own or have authorization to access
• Generating tests and documentation for your projects
• Deploying applications to platforms you control
• Managing your development workflow

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Scan code without proper authorization
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or malware
• Violate any third-party rights (intellectual property, privacy)
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without permission
• Use the Service to develop competing products
• Circumvent usage limits or rate limiting

5. Code and Data

5.1 Your Code

You retain all rights to your code. By using QODRYX, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process your code to provide the Service
• Create temporary copies for analysis
• Store analysis results and metadata

We do NOT claim ownership of your code and will not use it for purposes other than providing the Service.

5.2 AI Processing

When using AI-powered features, portions of your code may be sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) for processing. These providers have their own data handling policies. We minimize data sent and do not use your code to train AI models.

5.3 Generated Content

AI-generated content (code suggestions, test files, documentation) is provided "as-is." You are responsible for reviewing and testing any generated content before use in production.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our IP

QODRYX and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions about our Service, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to use that feedback to improve our products.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

7.1 Free Tier

We offer a free tier with limited features. Free tier availability and limits may change at our discretion.

7.2 Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

7.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After 14 days, refunds are provided at our discretion. Contact hello@qodryx.com for refund requests.

7.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Price changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 AI Limitations

AI-powered features may produce incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate results. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use. We are not liable for any damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

8.2 Security Scanning

Our security scanning tools are not a substitute for professional security audits. We do not guarantee detection of all security vulnerabilities.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QODRYX and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Code you submit to the Service

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your use poses a security risk
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the Service

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
