Manage your subscription and payments

Billing Overview

Access your billing settings at Dashboard → Settings → Billing. Here you can view your current plan, manage payment methods, and download invoices.

QODRYX offers several plans to fit different needs:

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Plan
  2. Click Upgrade on your desired plan
  3. Enter payment information if not already saved
  4. Confirm the upgrade

Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Annual Billing

Save up to 20% by switching to annual billing:

  • Pro Annual: $278/year (save $70)
  • Team Annual: $950/year (save $238)

Downgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Plan
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select a lower tier plan
  4. Review feature differences
  5. Confirm the downgrade

Downgrade Notice

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll retain access to your current plan features until then.

Before Downgrading

Review what you might lose:

  • Check if you're within the new plan's project/workflow limits
  • Team members beyond the limit will lose access
  • Advanced features may become unavailable
  • Historical data retention may be reduced

Payment Methods

Manage payment methods at Settings → Billing → Payment Methods.

Accepted Payment Types

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • Bank Transfer: Available for Enterprise plans
  • Wire Transfer: Available for Enterprise annual contracts

Adding a Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Methods
  2. Click Add Payment Method
  3. Enter your card details
  4. Click Save

Setting a Default Payment Method

Click Set as Default next to any saved payment method. The default method will be used for automatic renewals.

Removing a Payment Method

Click the ... menu → Remove next to the payment method. Note: You cannot remove your only payment method while on a paid plan.

View and download invoices at Settings → Billing → Invoices.

Auto-Invoicing

Receive invoices automatically via email

Invoice Details

Each invoice includes:

  • Invoice number and date
  • Billing period covered
  • Plan and add-ons breakdown
  • Usage-based charges (if applicable)
  • Taxes and total amount
  • Payment method used

Billing Email Recipients

Add additional recipients to receive invoice emails:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Invoice Settings
  2. Click Add Recipient
  3. Enter the email address
  4. Save changes

Some features are billed based on usage:

Monitoring Usage

Track your usage at Settings → Billing → Usage:

  • Current period usage vs. included amount
  • Projected usage for the month
  • Historical usage trends
  • Set up usage alerts

Billing Address

Update your billing address for invoices:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Billing Information
  2. Enter your company/personal name
  3. Enter your address
  4. Add VAT/Tax ID if applicable
  5. Save changes

Tax Information

QODRYX collects applicable taxes based on your location:

  • EU: VAT is added unless you provide a valid VAT ID
  • US: Sales tax varies by state
  • Other: Local taxes may apply

VAT Exemption (EU)

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Tax Information
  2. Enter your VAT ID
  3. We'll validate it automatically
  4. Once verified, VAT will be removed from future invoices

Canceling Your Subscription

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Plan
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Tell us why you're leaving (optional)
  4. Confirm cancellation

After Cancellation

You'll retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan.

Refund Policy

  • Monthly Plans: No refunds for partial months
  • Annual Plans: Prorated refund within first 30 days
  • Enterprise: Per contract terms

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  1. You'll receive an email notification
  2. We'll retry the payment after 3 days
  3. After 3 failed attempts, your account is downgraded
  4. Update your payment method to restore access

Frequently Asked Questions

When will I be charged?

Monthly subscriptions are charged on the same day each month as your original signup. Annual subscriptions are charged once per year.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes! Go to Settings → Billing → Plan and click Switch to Annual/Monthly. Annual payments are prorated based on your remaining monthly period.

Do you offer discounts?

  • Annual: 20% off monthly pricing
  • Startups: Contact us for startup programs
  • Education/Non-profit: 50% off all plans
  • Open Source: Free Team plan for qualifying projects
